What is Your Hourly Rate?
I charge $100 for a 60-minute session and $115 for a 90-minute session. I accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. All appointments are held at my office located at 13300 Old Blanco Road, Suite 230, in San Antonio, Texas.
Do You Offer a Sliding Scale Fee Structure?
Yes, I offer a sliding scale fee structure to my clients on a case by case basis based on need. Proof of income is required in order to be considered for a sliding scale fee.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Currently, I accept most major insurance plans. These include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ComPsych, Deer Oaks, Humana, MHN/Managed Health Network, Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, MultiPlan, PHCS, Tricare/ValueOptions, and United Healthcare. Check with your insurance company to verify that your policy provides coverage for mental health services.
Do You Offer a Free Consultation?
Yes, I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. During your free consultation, you can get a feel for me as a person and as a therapist. I can tell you about myself and my specialties, as well as ask you some general questions about your current situation. That way we can determine if we are a good fit to work together.
Are Therapy Sessions Confidential?
Primarily, all communication between client and therapist remains, by law, confidential. This includes verbal information and written records. I will not disclose any information about you to another party unless you give me written permission to do so. However, there are some exceptions required by law.
